The Ruddock Performing Arts Centre // May 1st, 2012 // Constituency News
On Friday 27th April, Gisela Stuart attended the opening ceremony and concert at the new £11m, Sir Paul and Lady Ruddock Performing Arts Centre, based on the King Edward’s School site in Edgbaston Park Road.
Sir Paul and the Rt Hon Michael Gove MP, Secretary of State for Education performed the opening ceremony.
Gisela said: “The centre for pupils at King Edward’s School and King Edward VI High School for Girls is a welcome addition to the constituency, in providing an dance workshop, arts venue and concert hall for use by the pupils, but also for the enjoyment of local residents.”
