21st Birthday Celebration for Liver Unit // June 21st, 2010 // Constituency News
The Birmingham Children’s Hospital Liver Unit 21st birthday celebration takes place on the 3rd July 2010.
The landmark occasion will be marked with a scientific session at Edgbaston High School for Girls, followed by lunch at the Botanical Gardens for over 600 parents, patients and professional colleagues.

“The Liver Unit provides a national liver service for children suffering from liver or intestinal failure. The Celebration of this landmark birthday coincides with the beginning of National Transplant Week, giving the opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of organ donation.
