Big Lottery Fund Success // February 3rd, 2010 // Constituency News
Congratulations go to the Woodview Community Association Ltd on their award from the Big Lottery fund.
Gisela Stuart is delighted that the Association has received a Lottery Grant for £372,186.
Association Chair, Tessa Griffiths announced that the award will be used for the “Woodview, a place, a home and a community” project, to provide local access to services and outreach work in the community.
Gisela Stuart said: “The Woodview Community Association has a long successful history of providing activities that address the needs of the community. With this extra money the Association will be able to fund additional workers to deliver a wider service to the community.”
The Big Lottery Fund has now introduced some changes to Awards for All (grants from £300 to £10,000) to make it even easier to apply. More information on small grants can be found here: http://www.awardsforall.org.uk/england/index.html
