    H4H was set up by Bryn and Emma Parry after a 2007 visit to Selly Oak Hospital.  The charity raises funds to support injured members of the armed forces.
    You can support Help for Heroes by donating your old mobile phones.  Each mobile can generate 60% of the reusable or recycled proceeds for the charity.
