Local policing info is now online // July 2nd, 2009 // Constituency News
Gisela Stuart has welcomed West Midlands Police Authority’s new Local Policing Summaries, which provide households across the area with the latest crime statistics, updates on the action that police are taking to cut crime and contact details for neighbourhood policing teams.
The summaries, which are being distributed to households across Bartley Green, Edgbaston, Harborne and Quinton, can also be found online by following this link: http://www.west-midlands-pa.gov.uk/localpolicingsummary.asp.
Gisela says:
“I’m pleased that West Midlands Police are responding to the Government’s commitment to strengthen community involvement in policing. These summaries are a useful guide to policing in your neighbourhood with plenty of handy contact numbers for your local beat team”.
