Martineau Gardens Hosts Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday 11th April 2009

Popular local attraction Martineau Gardens are hosting an Easter Egg hunt on Saturday 11th April.
The Gardens, based on Priory Road, Edgbaston, include gardens and wildlife habitat with over two acres of organically maintained land.  To celebrate the Easter break, youngsters and their families will be able to explore all the gardens have to offer whilst hunting for those elusive eggs!

Local MP Gisela Stuart says:
“Martineau Gardens are a fantastic place to visit and offer local residents the chance to enjoy a little bit of the countryside on their own doorstep.  I’m sure that the young – and the simply young at heart – will have tremendous fun at the Gardens this weekend”.

The event takes place between 10am and 1pm, Saturday 11th April 2009.  Entrance costs £1 per child.
